These conditions apply to all bookings, unless otherwise agreed:

When booking a room you must provide your name, email, phone number, home address and dates for checking in and checking out. The booking is binding for the hotel, when it has been confirmed orally, in writing, or by email. The hotel reserves the right to apply preconditions for the booking, this can include a contractual booking fee, or that the booking is guaranteed with a credit card.

Check-in to the hotel starts at 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out must be completed by 11am on the day of departure. Alternate times for check-in and check-out must be agreed separately.

Cancellations must be made at the latest 11.59pm two days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed. If you fail to arrive without a valid cancellation, the hotel has the right to charge you for the first night including any additional services agreed to at the time of booking. Departure before the agreed time may also incur changes in the total price for the stay. In case a reserved room is not available at the agreed upon time after a received confirmation, the hotel commits to arrange alternate accomodation adhering as closely as possible to our standards at no extra charge.

We accept most payment cards. We are notobliged to accept foreign currency, coupons or checks, unless otherwise agreed to in advance. If the room has not been paid in advance of arrival it must be paid in cash or by card at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to charge a booking fee from your credit card if so agreed. The fee is determined by the hotel and is subtracted from your final bill.

While staying with us you agree to behave in accordance with good etiquette and respect our rules. If you fail to do so, you may immediately be turned away from the hotel. In such cases you will still be charged the full amount for your accommodation and any optional services. This fee is non-refundable.

You are responsible for your own belongings, unless the hotel has agreed to store them for you. The hotel does not take responsibility for vehicles or belongings kept at the parking spaces next to the hotel.

As a guest you are liable for any damage caused to the rooms intentionally or by recklessness (e.g. smokingin the rooms) by you, your guests or your pets, public spaces, furniture, other inventory or the belongings of other guests.
