WHAT IS HAPPENING TO CIVIL SOCIETY MOVEMENTS AND ACTIVISM?
How have civil society movements shaped our society – and what role do they play today? During the day, Toivo Jokkala, Be Nordling and Jan Rundt discuss the history of popular movements, civil disobedience, and the changing nature of activism in an era of global issues and social media. How can we, as active citizens, meet the challenges of the future and preserve a vibrant democratic public debate?
