Completed in 2009, our hotel has modern amenities and services so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Our hotel has 16 comfortable rooms, some of which have a wonderful sea view. The rooms are equipped with a toilet, shower, TV and internet connection. In the summer season, the price includes a delicious breakfast, which is served in the restaurant of our archipelago center. You can start your day by eating breakfast by the sea or enjoy it in peace in your own hotel room.

Our hotel also has a public sauna, which is used by our customers. In the summer season, the price of the reservation includes the use of public sauna shifts, so you can pamper yourself in the steam of our modern sauna whenever you want. Outside the summer season, breakfast and sauna are available by agreement.

Welcome to our hotel’s booking conditions. In order to guarantee a customer-friendly experience, we want to make sure that our customers are aware of the rules and obligations regarding reservations. Below are explained the main terms and conditions that we apply to all bookings, unless otherwise agreed.

Booking and confirmation

In connection with the reservation, the name, contact information, arrival and departure time, payment method and possibly other information related to the reservation must be indicated.

The reservation binds the hotel when it has been confirmed verbally, in writing or by e-mail and when a reservation number has been received. Please note that the hotel has the right to impose conditions on the reservation, such as a reservation fee or the fact that the payment is guaranteed by credit card.

Check-in and check-out

The room is available at 15.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Deviating check-in and check-out times must be agreed separately.

If the reserved room is not available at the agreed check-in time and you have received a reservation confirmation from the hotel, the hotel is obliged to arrange, without additional costs, accommodation that matches the hotel’s standard as far as possible.

Cancellation policy and no-show

Cancellations must be made no later than two days before the arrival date. The hotel has the right to charge compensation for the first 24 hours, including taxes and other additional services agreed upon with the reservation, if the reservation is canceled or the customer fails to arrive.

The hotel has the right to charge for an unused reservation the price of one day including taxes, as well as any other confirmed additional services related to the reservation. Premature check-out before the agreed date may also cause changes to the confirmed room price.

Payment methods

We accept the most common payment cards. The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, checks or credit/debit cards, unless specifically agreed upon. If the reservation has not been paid in advance, it must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel has the right to deduct the reservation fee from the credit card as an advance payment, if so agreed. The fee is determined by the hotel and deducted from the final bill.

Order rules

Our customers are expected to follow the general rules of order. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the hotel, without the possibility of a refund.

Responsibility for the client’s property

Valuables are the customer’s responsibility, unless they have been separately left in the hotel’s storage. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles in the parking area or valuables inside them.

Damage compensation

As our customer, you are responsible for any damage caused by you intentionally or negligently (such as smoking or using an electronic cigarette in the room), which you or your guests or your pets cause to the room or other premises of the hotel, to the furniture or equipment there, and to other customers of the hotel or their property.

Liability for damage is determined according to the general principles of compensation for damage.
