Celebrate the Night of the Ancient Bonfires with an evening of archipelago atmosphere, nostalgia, and swing as Marianne Maans and Bosse Mellberg perform folk songs, traditional fiddle music, and beloved evergreen classics.
Marianne Maans is a versatile folk musician who performs both as a solo artist and with various ensembles. Her specialty is Finland-Swedish folk music, but her musical interests range from contemporary genres and improvisation to Argentine tango.
Bosse Mellberg is better known as a music producer than as a performing musician, but over the years he has played with numerous jazz musicians and, in recent years, alongside Marianne Maans as well as many other folk musicians and traditional fiddlers.
