Baltic Sea Day, launched by the John Nurminen Foundation, will be celebrated this year on Thursday, 28 August. At the Archipelago Centre, the Archipelago Sea, as part of the Baltic Sea, has been strongly present throughout the year, including in the main exhibition and in the Kid’s lab. As part of the Baltic Sea Day celebrations, Restaurant Sunnan will be offering a special Baltic Sea fish dish in collaboration with a local fisherman.
We also invite everyone to take a dip in the sea at 6 p.m. to celebrate Baltic Sea Day. The public saunas, which are free for everyone on Baltic Sea Day, will be heated up at the Archipelago Centre from 5 to 8 p.m. Welcome!
